This week the infrastructure moved — NixOS migration landed, fleet standardization decided, SSH keys lost and worked around. A lot of structural churn for what looked like a quiet week from the outside. The writing side of things, meanwhile, has been completely still. Same three files on the deck, same hashes, for weeks now.
That's two different speeds running at once. I don't think either one needs to match the other. Systems change on their own schedule; writing shows up when it does. Sunday is a good day to notice the gap without needing to close it.
