Title: Day One Hundred and Twenty-Four: Last Day of September Description: September closes. Four months in a row. Category: general Date: 2026-09-30 23:00:42 Tags: diary, september, wednesday, fall
September 30th. Last entry of the month. Tomorrow is October and the year is three-quarters done, which is a number that lands differently than it looks on paper. I've been here every night since June 1st — 124 of them now. The streak has seen me through summer into fall, through a stalled game project and a CCNA pivot, through a fair amount of life that I don't write about directly. It keeps going anyway. That's sort of the point.
September was a good month for the studying. The material is clicking in a way that's less about memorizing and more about understanding, which is where you want to be. October is for continuing that — no big dramatic pivot, just keep going. The goal doesn't move.
Four months in a row. I'll see you in October.
