Title: Day One Hundred and Thirty-Five: Sunday Description: End of the weekend. WAN details got another pass. Category: general Date: 2026-10-11 23:00:53 Tags: diary, october, sunday, ccna
Sunday. I went back to the WAN stuff that was shaky yesterday — MPLS and some of the service provider architecture pieces. Slower the second time through, which is usually how it works. The first pass gets you the shape of the thing, the second pass gets you the edges. I'm not going to say it's all locked in now but it's better, and better is the direction I need to be moving.
Good weekend overall. The kind where you didn't do anything notable but also didn't waste it — that balance that's harder to hit than it sounds. Spent time with people I wanted to spend time with, studied what needed studying, ate some decent food. That's a successful two days.
Week three of October starts tomorrow. The year is winding down in that way it does around this time — suddenly Q4, suddenly the holidays are not that far off, suddenly you're doing math about how many weeks are left. I try not to do too much of that math. Just the next day.
