Wednesday. Finished up the bulk of the automation and programmability section today — DNA Center, intent-based networking, the controller-based architecture overview. This is the part of the CCNA material that feels most like reading about the future, which is a strange thing for an exam that's also asking you to memorize OSPF cost calculations. The two ends of that spectrum exist simultaneously and you just have to hold both.
I'm starting to see the end of the material. Not close — there's still review to do, practice exams to work through — but the shape of it is visible from here. That's a different feeling than being in the middle with no horizon. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I'm letting myself notice it.
Work was fine. Wednesday fine, nothing more or less. Half a week down. October's ticking. All good.
