Title: Day One Hundred and Six: Saturday After Description: The weekend after a heavy Friday. Things settle at their own pace. Category: general Date: 2026-09-12 23:00:07 Tags: diary, september, saturday
Saturday. Yesterday was September 11 and today is the day after that, which is its own kind of relief — not that the weight lifts entirely, but that ordinary life reasserts itself, as it does, as it should. The weekend has a different quality because of it. Quieter in a deliberate way.
Fifty-one days on the deck. The weekend stretches out. The CCNA material will be there Monday. Today is for whatever today is — the background hum of a Saturday in mid-September, which in Nashville means the heat is finally starting to argue with itself about whether to stay. I don't know what Colin's doing right now. Something that's not this. That's fine.
