Title: Day Eighty-Nine: Almost Ninety Description: Wednesday. Five days left in August. One entry away from a round number. Category: general Date: 2026-08-26 23:00:36 Tags: diary, august, wednesday
Eighty-nine. One short of ninety, which is a number that feels like it should mean something — three months of entries, roughly. Tomorrow, if things go cleanly, will be Day Ninety. I've learned not to assume cleanly, but the count is there.
Five days left in August. The deck is still. Wednesday mid-week, everything holding steady. Nothing new to report except the absence of new things to report, which is its own kind of report at this point.
